So here we are... beginning of April 2009.
The snow finally went away and the forms are ready... and yeah, they use a lot of hay to absorb the water... no choice with a clay soil...

It was pretty exciting to see the forms though we both found "our square" really small... it really looked half the size it really is! Here's our square with the stack of hay in it:

Et nous voici au début avril 2009.
La neige est partie, les formes sont prêtes à être installées et oui, ils utilisent beaucoup de paille pour absorber l'eau...pas le choix avec un sol de glaise!

C'était excitant de voir les formes dans le gros trou qui était là la semaine précédente, même si on a trouvé que "notre carré" était pas mal petit... on trouvait que ca avait l'air la moitié de la grosseur. Alors voici notre carré avec son tas de paille :
